Mattia vs Riccardo

The first round sets a punishing tone for the entire encounter. With the athletes fully aware that aggression dictates the winner if the time limit expires, the initial three minutes are defined by heavy top pressure and rapid guard passes. The pace is blistering, and while it ends without a successful submission, the sheer dominance displayed establishes a clear tactical hierarchy on the mat. However, the second round proves exactly why the choke-only format is so unpredictable. With the clock ticking down and just ten seconds left, a perfectly timed guillotine choke completely flips the momentum. The offensive output only escalates from there. Moving into the third round, fans are treated to one of the most spectacular techniques in grappling: a beautifully executed gogoplata that forces an immediate tap in just sixty seconds. The flexibility and technical awareness required to land this rare submission at such a high pace is a testament to the level of these young Italian prospects. As the match progresses into the championship rounds, the physical toll becomes evident, but the submission hunting never slows down. Round four introduces the arm triangle as the weapon of choice, adding another layer of heavy positional pressure to the exhausting battle. By the time the fifth and final round begins, the stakes are absolute. The scramble for dominance culminates in a brutal, deeply locked arm triangle that leaves no room for escape, decisively concluding an incredible display of modern grappling. This five-round war perfectly highlights the diverse offensive arsenal taught within the JiuJitsu Fighting System.
