1. Scope
These Terms apply to every use of GRPL, including website visits, fan accounts, PPV purchases, memberships, fighter profiles, fighter applications, donations, favourites and private preview links.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your login details, password security and all use of your account.
3. Matches, PPV and memberships
GRPL can offer free matches, PPV matches, membership-only matches or matches that are available through both PPV and membership. Paid access gives a personal, non-transferable streaming access right through GRPL and does not transfer ownership of video or other content.
A PPV payment is not a purchase of the video. In principle, it gives access to stream the selected match for at least 6 months from payment confirmation, unless a longer access period is clearly shown. A membership payment is not a purchase of the videos in that membership. It gives access to stream the content linked to the selected membership during the paid membership period, with each paid monthly membership period giving at least 1 month of streaming access in principle.
GRPL may remove, disable, replace or restrict access to any video at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, rights issues, privacy or safety concerns, takedown requests, legal obligations, platform/provider restrictions, technical incidents, suspected abuse or other serious operational reasons. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, removal or restriction of a video does not automatically create a right to a refund, compensation or replacement access.
4. Digital access and withdrawal
For digital content and streaming access, you may be asked to confirm that delivery starts immediately. Where legally allowed, the withdrawal right can end once delivery of the digital content has started after your explicit confirmation.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider. GRPL stores local access rights after successful payment confirmation. Full card data is not stored by GRPL.
6. Subscriptions
Memberships give access to content linked to the selected plan for the paid membership period. A membership can be cancelled online. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless stated otherwise. A monthly membership period gives at least 1 month of streaming access to the included membership content in principle.
7. Video and content restrictions
You may not download, rip, screen-record, redistribute, resell, bypass security, share paid access or scrape GRPL content without permission.
8. Fighter profiles and applications
Fighter profiles may include public and non-public information. Fighters with linked accounts can edit enabled fields. New profile photos can require admin approval. Fighter applications do not create a right to participate, be published or receive payment.
9. Favourites and email notifications
Fans can follow fighters. GRPL may use this to show favourite matches and, where enabled, send email notifications about newly published matches.
10. Revenue, donations and payouts
GRPL can track PPV, membership, donation and payout data for fighters. Dashboard amounts are administrative until finalized or paid out according to the relevant commercial arrangement.
11. Availability and maintenance
GRPL may temporarily be unavailable due to updates, maintenance, hosting, payment provider or video provider issues. During maintenance, access can be granted to admins, selected testers or fighters through accounts or preview links.
Streaming availability also depends on third-party infrastructure and content rights. Access periods are intended access periods and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances as described above.
12. Intellectual property
All rights to GRPL branding, videos, texts, images, software, databases and designs remain with GRPL or its licensors.
13. Liability
GRPL is provided as available. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.
